Journal Entry #3
Sigh, Tumblr, it’s been an exhausting week, and it’s still going. What with school clothing to purchase, grad trip money to deposit, lip dubs to get to on the mornings of late starts, French tests I didn’t know existed, chemistry labs to do, IB conference things to take care of, and of course, dealing with the mundane events of regular homework and exercising and eating right. But who does all those three at once? I say pick two and go with that for that specific night. A little rebellion gives you character. The only thing that has kept me going and anticipating for the weekend is being able to record the discussions that I wrote this week during my spare time. I cannot wait to finally start uploading videos to NOIgaming. There’s nothing like letting out your creativity and passion by sharing it with everybody.
On another note, I had a long discussion with my Theory of Knowledge teacher after school on the concept of infinite universes, and of course, I ask him entirely unanswerable questions that the most advanced mind cannot possibly hope to know, such as “Does forever exist? Does nothing exist? Since our brains generate conscious thought and perceive reality, does that mean that once we die, nothing ceases to exist? Well, does nothing exist? Why is the universe the way it is, what is it, how does something come from nothing, why is that something the way it is?” and so on. I find it fascinating that high school students can think about this sort of stuff, especially with the advancements in modern knowledge of the universe and outer space. It’s better than discussing about what heinous thing Justin Bieber has done yet again to some paparazzi, that’s for sure. I’m a firm believer that great minds discuss ideas, good minds discuss events, and shallow minds discuss people.
It’s getting rather late. I’ll be off to bed now, but not after bumping some Jay-Z: American Gangster. Classic album, love it. Good night, Tumblr.

Journal Entry #2
Good evening, Tumblr. Today has been a really eventful day, and something of a milestone. My friends and I have finally began recording for our new YouTube channel, NOIgaming (NOI stands for Nothing of Interest). This channel has been in the works since way back in October, when I offered the idea of a gaming channel to my good friends. It has been a rigorous process of saving up money to buy a microphone, setting up, finding games to record with, and developing scripts for reviews and the like. I hope that this channel turns into something big, because it would mean a great deal to me to be able to speak to an audience about my ideas and thoughts regarding gaming, the industry, etc. Technical difficulties have slowed us down from time to time, but we always managed to push through, and the dedication I’m seeing towards this channel is superb. When we finally upload our first couple of videos, I’ll let you know.
On another note, I want to wish everyone a happy Easter holiday, and I hope that the long weekend has been treating everybody nicely. As for me, I have quite a lot of Chemistry notes to write, but I’ve been adjusting myself to the note-taking process slowly. Nothing good is ever made rushed.
Adios for now, Tumblr!

Journal Entry #1
Good evening, my candid Tumblr users! This is Denis Nikolovski, and this is my return to Tumblr. After my trip to Europe over the March Break, I came home, went on my laptop, went on Tumblr, and immediately picked up the grind of reblogging and liking posts. After a day, it dawned on me. I am missing out on incredible opportunities by simply reblogging and liking posts on Tumblr, and I essentially went through a change of character. No longer did funny posts or spam ads or focusing on the trivial of Tumblr appeal to me. So I ended up deleting the account. This was a welcome change to me, because I felt far more free than I previously did. And after about a week, it dawned on me. Tumblr is a wonderful website for sharing ideas and memories and events and it is a great place for opening up your imagination. So, a thought came to me; to restart my account and turn it into a journal/photo blog. I’ve always wanted to express my thoughts on social media in a non-restrictive manner, and Tumblr was just the ticket to do that. I ended up rebooting my url, and this will be my first post among a long line of rants, daily events, random editorials, and whatever more I choose to write. I hope to see a lot of readers in the future, and I hope that this appeals to me long enough to keep writing (I tend to get distracted and take my mind off of things very quickly). Hope everyone has a wonderful day!
